The Early-warning System Of The Internationalized Small Enterprises

Internationalized operation is an important way for the company to grow and develop. Facing the increasingly fierce market and the competitive environment,not only the large enterprises,but also a growing number of SMEs to internationalized for improving their competitive power and keeping the development.However,many international SMEs failed because of the complexity and changeability of the competition environment.Therefore,the study for the international operations of SMEs' risk of early warning and pre-control has become an important issue for the SMEs starting global strategy management into the international market.Not only for theory,but also for guidance.Base on existing research of enterprise risk early warning systems at home and abroad,this thesis will attempt to deeply study on SMEs international operations such special business risk early warning system.First,study on the international operation of the SMEs in the process of the risks types,characteristics and causes of risk.Then,basing on early warning systems in accordance with enterprises and the basic theory of the international market for SMEs,design the early warning system in operation mode,organization,workflow,etc.to design the internationalization of SMEs operating in the risk of early warning systems.Finally,taking the Tianjin Hongfa Food Co.,Ltd.for the specific example of this thesis,practically applicate the early warning system designed according to early warning and the actual results to the extent of the effectiveness of the model validation.This thesis studies the risk assessment indicators of early warning and the selection method of determining the weight,and improves the evaluation method.Researching results may help the internationalized SMEs to establish risk early warning system and may help them to improve the ability of anti-crisis.
