Power marketing is the necessary demand of power industry market reformation. It is the important buildup part of the power enterprise management and the comprehensive embodiment of the power enterprise management result. This paper analyzes and studies the main factors which affected the target market of power supply enterprise's power marketing, and confirms the index system of the target market evaluation on the base of expatiating the main content and the basic theory of the power market, the power target market and the power marketing by researched the market subdivision, analyzed and realized the satisfaction degree of each consumer cluster and the market competition status. Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation based on AHP is used to confirm the power target market and evaluate the power marketing target market. Then the demonstration analysis exampled with Bayannaoer power enterprise is being done according to the established model. The marketing strategy is brought forward by the evaluation to the target market combining the power marketing actuality and the current difficulty of Bayannaoer.
