Analysis Of The Profitability For Electric Listed Company Based On Data Mining

Analysis of the profitability for the electric listed companies is of great significance. This paper designs a set of suitable profitability index system for electric listed companies from the electric market background and status of profits, using basic theory of profitability analysis. This index system includes three aspects, which are profit level, cash flow and growth of profit ability. This paper establishes the profitability analysis model for electric listed companies based on data mining, which uses the system clustering analysis to divide the sample companies into three profit levels and then uses decision tree method to calculate indicators data based on profitability hierarchy in order to determine the key indicator factors quantitatively which impact the profitability of electric listed companies.
