The Research On Assessment Of Using Efficiency Of Capital Of Listed Company In Western Area

The listed company can get the financial resources through three ways: the firm' earnings that are retained, short-term and long-term loans and collected financial resources from stock market .The order of getting financial resources in developed country is: firstly, the firm' earnings that are retained, then , short-term and long-term loans and collected financial resources from stock market. The order is on the contrary in China. It is efficiency using financial resources in developed country. But for China's listed company, it is low efficiency using financial resources for many reasons in macro and micro-level. The paper researchs using efficiency of capital of Listed Company in Western Area under this background.This paper takes literature analysis, comparative analyses method, quantitative and qualitative analyses method. We had arranged the materials and theory studied before in this paper, then, in the same time, summarized and concluded research products, too. Then, We make a theoretical and demonstrated research of efficiency of using capital to listed company in Western area. Based on others research productions, we build a new index system to assess the efficiency of using financial resources in listed company. The index system has six dimensions including ten indexes. We will use the financial planning model making a further research, making a comparison between the practice growth rate and maximum growth rate. Then, we get a conclusion that the financial resources put into projects is little, changing the projects used resources. It is great huge that financial resource is lied idle, and there are many ways to use those lied idle resources. The operating of listed company in Western area mainly depends on internal financial resources and short -Herm bank loans. It is low efficiency of using money earned from financial market. At last, we analyzed the reasons that make low efficiency of financial resources and gave relative suggestions.The paper makes an arrangement for index system of Zhu-weiyi and Yang-rongyan (2004), have a conception that we can appraise using efficiency of Capital of Listed Company from six dimensions clearly. We change the rate of EVA into increasing or decreasing of EVA which can measure the value of listed company. We analyze the question using listed company' data by index system. We analyze not only efficiency of Capital of Listed Company but also of the firm' earnings that are retained, short-term and long-term loans by Financial Planning Model.The paper researched on Assessment of Using Efficiency of Capital Collected from Financial Market of Listed Company in Western Area; The paper analyzed the reasons that make low efficiency of financial resources and gave relative suggestions; The paper gave advise for listed company how to using financial resources efficient.
