As the principal part of securities market, the listed companies' assets reorganization is successful or failing, which directly concerns Chinese securities market whether standardize development. Plenty of documents appear on the whole listed companies of every annual reshuffle in our country's security market, research into assets restructuring theory and its correlation with the reshuffle performance, however rare appear on the market for province local area listed-company's restructuring performance research. The few studies of this kind still stay in summarizing its present situation and analyzing some typical cases, but have no systematic thorough research. The appraisement to Jiangsu province marketing company's assets-restructuring performance is not yet concerned with at the present time.Whether this paper to raise the asset reorganization of listed companies in Jiangsu Province performance main line, in a lot of information on the basis of literature, and gradually perfected the study and application of the theoretical system of empirical research methods; Jiangsu Province in the reorganization of assets of listed companies on the basis of the analysis of the activities, both at home and abroad through the contemporary corporate restructuring popular method of performance evaluation study, in view of the characteristics of China's listed companies to choose a suitable method for the evaluation of listed companies in Jiangsu Province before and after four years of restructuring indicators Empirical Analysis of the data obtained from the reorganization of the role of achievement conclusions, pointing out that one of the issues and put forward the corresponding recommendations.The paper consists of six parts. Chapter five: it gives some suggestions to improve the performance of the reorganization. Chapter six: it summarizes the findings in this paper, and analyzes the existence of limitations.The third, fourth and fifth parts are the focus of this paper, these parts analysis the problems of reorganization assets and the operating of listed company in Jiangsu Province , at the same time, give strategic analysis about Jiangsu Province by the reorganization of assets of listed companies to improve operating performance.
