As the household, both a consumer and a producer, the main organization in less -developed rural area, is the most important body in economic activities. The problem of increasing rural households'income is not only concerning development orientation of the individual household and transitional rural economy, but also affecting economic development in the whole agricultural areas and the success or failure of new rural construction. The origin of the problem for"agriculture, rural, farmer"is not the cause of relatively low efficiency, too much rural surplus labor and the lack of preferential policies, but the reason of the lack of rural households'viability and awareness for self-development independently. The dull market consciousness leads to shortage of the capacity and opportunity in generating income. To completely solve the problem of increasing rural households'income difficultly and slowly, it must take fostering rural households'viability as the feasibility start, specially cultivate labor skills, market reaction capacity and ability to engage in non-agricultural industries, which is helpful to bring up a new type of households with a large number of integrated high-quality, strong management ability, quick response to market, and can cultivate the endogenous driving force of rural households'income and rural economy sustainable development.Based on endogenous growth theory, this paper from rural households'viability, uses the improved entropy method and multiple linear regression method to deal with 909 households in eight investigated villages, which has formed 52×909 databases, data items reached 47,268, including a special survey of village leaders, data of more than 50,000. On which platform, a quantitative analysis has been performed on inherent relationship between rural households'viability and rural households'income sustainable growth. Apart from the introduction and conclusions, mainly by the following four parts:Part1, the literature and theoretical foundation reviewed. Especially outline progression of different perspectives capability of different bodies at home and abroad, then point out the achievements and shortcomings of existing results, further study on inherent relationship between rural households'viability and rural households'income growth. Furthermore, detail theoretical foundation - endogenous growth theory;Part2, basic concepts defined and methods selected. From endogenous growth perspective, raise the concept of rural households'viability, and select 36 indexes, then make these indicators standardized, normalized, independent and effective, finally work out the weights of every factor and synthetical value;Part3, in the preliminary theory analysis, analyze distributing characters of rural households'viability, and focus on the households'income endogenous growth model, reveal functioning mechanism in different investment of traditional and modern elements.Part4, in the empirical analysis, perform a quantitative analysis under different conditions (that is the interaction of different geographical environment, the interaction of different income levels) on different input combinations of modern elements and other traditional elements which impact on households'income and village economic development stage, and seek out the internal mechanism behind them. It is helpful to enrich the unique geographical environment for rural households'viability and households'income growth, which may open up a new interpretation path to settle the difficult plight of income.Through preliminary theoretical analysis and quantitative research, the paper has reached the following conclusions:(1) The territorial embeddedness of rural households'viability is not too strong, but the viability weakening is inherently hidden;(2) The elasticity coefficient of rural households'viability contributes greatly to households'income, significantly resources-driven;(3) The network link of rural households'viability is still mainly blood, geographical relations, but occupation relations in a rising trend;(4) Rural households'viability has played an important role in the households'income growth, but a complex diversity of impacting factors;(5) The households'income growth and village development type has a distinct stage and regional features;(6) Particular village development type is in extensive growth, seriously short of the consciousness of environment protection.
