The Contradiction Of The Agricultural Bank's Shareholding Reform And Serving "Agriculture, Rural Area And Peasant"

Presently,rural finance has become the core of the development of rural economy .At the same time,it's also the main bottleneck of China's rural economy.lt has become more and more important to construct Rural Financial System in China. Agricultural Bank of China is the backbone and pillars of China's rural finance. Therefore, the Agricultural Bank's reforming shoud be putted in the first piace of the development of China's rural financial system.On January 19, 2007, the National Financial Work Conference was helded and claimed that the Agricultural Bank shoud face the three rural issues, make overall restructuring,make business operations and choose an opportunity for listing.lt determined the main keynote for the shareholding reform of the Agricultural Bank and raised a contradictionof the Agricultural Bank's shareholding reform and serving"Agriculture,Rural Area and Peasant".Based on the analysis of the reasons and performance for the contradiction of the Agricultural Bank's shareholding reform and serving"Agriculture,Rural Area and Peasant" the paper put forward a series of policies and recommendations for the contradicton.The main content of this paper has four following parts:Chapter one summes up the theoretical foundation for the Agricultural Bank serving"Agriculture,Rural Area and Peasant".Chapter two summaries the reforming for agricultural support of the Agricultural Bank of China and foreign financial institutions.Chapter three analyzes on the reasons and performance for the contradiction of the Agricultural Bank's shareholding reform and serving"Agriculture,Rural Area and Peasant" and put forward the necessity of the Agricultural Bank serving for"Agriculture,Rural Area and Peasant".Chapter four, resolve these contradictions.
