Enterprises in the market competition, the key is technological competition, and technological competition is the fundamental talent competition, enterprises, the brain drain has become a business survival, a major threat to development. Psychological Contract research is the current Western organizational behavior and human resource management in the field of the rise of a hot topic. In recent years, global competition, corporate restructuring, staff reductions, organizational changes, such as global environmental impacts of the psychological contract management areas on the emergence of a climax. With the working methods and content of the change, and the enterprise can no longer solely rely on economic incentives and contract management staff, psychological contract has been the driving force for the growing number of enterprises recognized.
