Study On China's Financial Supervision System Under The Conditions Of Financial Market Liberalization

With the tendency of the financial globalization and financial mixed finacial management,the financial management mechanism and finacial operating mechanism in a county are inceasingly influnenced by those in other counties. Chinese financial market openes to the world in 11th,December, 2006. According to the ageements made by WTO committes, foreign banks should be offered with special treatment in order that they can compete with chinese banks thoroughly. The existing separate operation and management model are unable to adapt to the new changes, for the famous international multinational finacial oganazations carrying the mixed management are the main members which enter chinese finacial market. It means that China began to participate the intenational finacial circulation. Faced with the increasingly emergence of the foeign mixed finacial oganism and the pessue from the native,the native oganisms took a seies of finacial ceation, broke trouth the pevious boundies, and achieved a hamonious situation.In particular, the companies of controling shares'emegence bings great challenges to the finacial management in China. under the situation, it is unavoidable that the refomation of chinese finacial oganism is an impotant and real question.the involved problems are; how to adapt to the full-scale opening; how to set and develop chinese management mechanism; how to defend and mitigate finacial dangers efficiently. Thus ,china can enter the tendency of the wold pefectly with these poblems solved. This paper seeks to contrast and analyse that how England,and Ameica, convet separate management to mixed management and enlighten the adjustment and refomation in chinese finacial supevision policies. It also puts up with main challenges in finacial supervision oganism in accodence with the shotbacks of the refomation and"one bank and thee committes".It is an inevitable choice for china to carry out united supevision, hoping to offer some feasible advice for the theoeticians and pacticers in china.
