At present, the emerging industry of the management consulting industry is one of the most rapid development momentums of the third industry. As a micro-mainstay of management consulting industry, management consulting enterprise has good prospects for development. With the growing trend of economic globalization, the management consulting enterprise of transnational and trans-regional operation has laid a sound political, economic, social, cultural and technological environment. In contemporary social, culture and economic infiltrate mutually, interact and integrate to each other. When management consulting enterprise enter into transnational and trans-regional operation, at the same time they also enter into the stage of cross-cultural operation. They will face the greatest challenge of the cultural differences, which is a "double-edged sword". Making good use of cultural differences, management consulting enterprise will bring good room for the development .On the contrary, the management consulting enterprise will at the risk of internal management and external operation.This paper will do some research on the operating development of management consulting enterprise and cross-culture theory .It consists of 5 chapters .Chapter 1 introduce the background and the significance of the study of management consulting enterprise of the cross-cultural operating and related documents delivered review; Chapter 2: discussing the origins of development of management consulting enterprise, understanding culture,cross-culture as well as cultural differences; discussing the concepts and features of cross-cultural operation of the management consulting enterprise; analysising the success or failure significance of the cultural differences to operation of the management consulting business ;Chapter 3 analysis advantages and problems in the implementation of management consulting enterprise operating in cross-cultural; Chapter 4 put forward constructive response strategy on the basis of analysising the existing problems of cross-cultural of management consulting enterprise ; Chapter 5 analysis cross-cultural operation of management consulting company of the Mckinsey, making reference to cross-cultural operation of management consulting enterprise.
