Customer Relationship Management as a business management thinking, a management model and a application system, can help enterprises enhance their customer service capabilities, to meet their customer's individual requirements, and retaining old customers and attract potential customers, improve their competitiveness. The implementation of Customer relationship management theory and application in the enterprise system will be directly reflecting the cultivation of the competitive advantages. So, research on the implementation of customer relationship management, customer relationship management in improving the competitiveness of enterprises and how customer relationships can play a tremendous role in the management of the enterprises, will play an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper in the first chapter introduces the background of the study, the research status review, and to specify the thinking and the structure of the article.In the second chapter, this paper researching on the customer relationship management theory. Focus on the background and the development, evolution of customer relationship management. After the analysis of the customer relationship management in the history, this paper gives the definition and meanings. In the third chapter, this paper researching on the competitiveness of enterprises theory. Firstly, this chapter analysis the competitiveness of enterprises. Then, introducing the quality management theory, descript that the quality is the soul of the competitiveness of enterprises. In the end, given the Quality System of enterprises.In the fourth chapter, this paper researching on in which and how the customer relationship management improving the competitiveness of enterprise. Customer relationship management and enterprise content quality system should be relative. How can improve the competitiveness of enterprises by using customer relationship management must be descript. This is the focus of this paper.Finally, in Chapter 5, the full text of the study summed up. This chapter specified that the customer relationship management play an important role in improving the competitiveness of enterprises.
