The Choices About How To Achieve The Way Of The Combination Of Industry And Finance In The Corporation Group In China

Although there has not been a well-accepted conception about the combination of industry and finance, the conception that many industry enterprises intend to control financial institutions is now widely accepted. Some companies may benefit from this kind of combination, while some others may be destroyed by it. So it is very important to find out whether and how industry should combine with finance.This dissertation will discuss the internal causes and the way of realizing the combination of industry and finance, also the relationship between this combination and financial risks will be discussed.
