Exploration And Analysis On Mechanism To Take Later-Advantages In Late-Developing Regions

The theorists, including industrialists and managers, have always been enthusiastic about the base and mechanism of late-developing advantages for a long time. After reviewing the related views of the fore researchers, the author summarizes the conception of late-developing advantages, tries to analyze the mechanism on the realization of later-advantages and constructs three-D model to realize the late-developing advantages. Regional innovation theory provides academic and theoretical supports to study late-developing advantages in ontology. An extended late-developing advantages model which is based on objectivity-process-subjectivity analysis is brought forward in methodology, the author discusses the micro-mechanism on realization of late-developing advantages, analyzes mechanism on accumulation of knowledge, learning and secondary innovation for enterprises at first, then probes into the regional advantages of later-development, analyzes the mechanism on regional innovation networks and the signification of government, at last discusses the modes about spatial construction of regional innovative development. The study of strategies to improve the capability of regional innovation becomes the important comprehensive evaluation method in axiology. On the base of above study, the author takes GUANGXI for example, analyzes the present status of regional innovative development in GUANGXI and brings forward several government countermeasures on stratagems to realize the late-developing advantages. It will have highly important practical value for GUANGXI innovative development and the Chinese western development.
