With the development of various enterprises, any company wants to succeed in the competition, which depends on the high performance of all staff. The performance check is an important component of the human resources management for the modern enterprise management, and becomes the key way and tool of the human resources management more and more. The staff may be checked through the modern performance check to realize the rational development and use of the human resources and combine the purpose of staff, group and company, and finally to promote the comprehensive development by increasing the frequency of human resources.In combination with the facts of the company, with respect of the selection for check index and methods, the relative technical index and check contents are adjusted and improved for Shiyitang Pharmaceutical Factory of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group in the paper according to the theory of performance check. The paper aims to place the emphasis on the whole benefits of the company and avoid the effect of single index on the whole check, and the weight and records of check index are adjusted properly for various unit in accordance with the fair and reasonable principle. The consideration is given to the enterprise development, at the same time, the determination of check purpose will be more reasonable and of the check scope will be more extensive. By evaluating the staff performance, the future latent energy and effectiveness of staff will be revealed in the paper.
