Study On Some Issues Of Corporate Cadres Economic Responsibility Auditing

Corporate cadres economic responsibility auditing was proposed and developed with China's economic and political structural reforms, which has strong characteristics of the times, it is some kind of inevitable product of China's socialist construction process.The position and role of corporate cadres economic responsibility auditing have become increasingly obvious and important especially in China's socialist construction process.With the implementation of corporate cadres economic responsibility auditing, the management and supervision systems of corporate leaders are improved, the supervision of corporate leaders in the execution of financial laws is strengthened, awareness of corporate leaders of carrying out duties is enhanced, management of corporate can be facilitated and economic quality and efficiency can be improved. Corporate cadres economic responsibility auditing has a strong practical significance especially in the time when China's state-owned enterprises are at a critical stage and the corporate governance structure need to be consummated.This paper consists of five parts. The author in this paper explains the basic meaning and major role of corporate cadres economic responsibility auditing, analyzes the impact of economic environment bring on corporate cadres economic responsibility auditing, carries on the analysis to its problems and difficulty, and at last proposes the methods and countermeasures to strengthen and improve the corporate cadres economic responsibility auditing in a target-oriented way.
