After China was entered in WTO, the government gradually opening up product test market, allowing test organizations of multiple economic sectors to compete in the market, while the functions of the government are gradually changing, the test organization of state administrative organs' reform is gradually accelerated, and these factors together make the competition of product test market increasingly fierce. Firstly, the massive invasions of foreign capital test organizations with profuse marketing experience. Secondly, the test organization of state administrative organs will also be gradually converted into social intermediary institutions, and participate in market competition; third, a large number of private capital of the company set up as an independent corporate identity participate in the market competition. Compared to foreign test organizations' rich experience in the operation of the market, the local ones highly lack operational experience, and have no mature experience for reference, and many organizations have to explore development paths from practice.F Testing Center of Anhui Province was established in the beginning of liberalization of the test market, the participation of this private capital is a typical representative of the test market, and the paper takes this case and studies the newly founded private test organizations' marketing strategy at the micro level of after the opening. The article first introduces the basic situation of the Center, and sum up the experiences and analysis the deficiencies in marketing. And then by the use of SWOT analysis tools and Porter five competitive analyses, the article analysis the internal and external environment in detail, and the conclusion is that the competitive environment is good, and the industry has great attraction, so the Center should speed up the pace of development, and gain competitive advantage rapidly. The article finally uses 7Ps theory of service marketing to make proposals, and emphasizes the importance to use multiple ways to increase customer satisfaction for customer reservation.
