Study On Sincerity Evaluation System Of Small And Medium Enterprises

Small and medium enterprises are important components of our national economy, which have played an important role in offering the opening and promoting the technological innovation etc...and promote China's economic development quickly. But existence which small and medium enterprises face and development environment are not as good as the people's will, sincerity of small and medium enterprises in our country is lack. Shortage of sincerity limits these enterprises'development. Small and medium enterprises face many great difficult problems in many aspects, especially financing problem. Therefore, establishment and improvement of small and medium enterprises'sincerity evaluation system is of realistic significance in solving sincerity problems and improving sincerity level.On the basic of the analysis of small and medium enterprises'sincerity condition in our country, basing on the analyses of domestic and overseas'research achievement and combining our country's facts, this article designed a total frame of our small and medium enterprises'sincerity evaluation system, discussing this system's running model, the construction problems of main evaluation body, encouragement and punishment mechanism, supervision department and legal system, and pointed out that we should promote small and medium enterprises to be honest through social nurturance mechanisms. According to the special characteristics of small and medium enterprises, this article constructed the evaluation target system from ability sincerity and behavior sincerity, and determined the ability sincerity grade and behavior sincerity grade with the evaluation model to these enterprises whose behavior sincerity are up to the requirement, in which ability sincerity is the main aspect, and behavior sincerity plays an corrective part, then determined the sincerity grade. To carry out real-time monitoring afterward, we can modify the sincerity grade, thus keeping evaluating the sincerity grade of small and medium enterprises dynamically. At last, this article discussed the correlated questions in the implementation of small and medium enterprises'sincerity evaluation system.
