Strategies For China's Venture Capital Industry

The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pronounces that developing an independent innovative capacity and building a country based on innovation is the core of our nation's developing strategy and keypoint of improving the comprehensive national strength.In such a innovative era, how to innovate and improve capital operating, and how to combine science-technical progress with capital appreciation, is a vital subject. Venture capital as a innovative way of capital operating, which connects technology-industrilization and capital growth, is a sufficient manner to realize our goal of building an independent innovative country.This article tries to breakthrough with the capital market perspective, and analyses the current situation and future development of China's venture capital industry, in order to put forward tactics.
