| The terminal result of power system marketization is the independence of the transmission company. The company between the generation and the distribution has to price the transmission fee to keep its operation. It also takes an important role in the reliable,stable operation of the grid which is the assurance of the electric power transaction between Generation Company and big consumer. The distribution among the generation resources,electric source and load is not symmetrical,at the same time there is a lag on the development of grid construction. Therefore,this paper proposes to use nodal pricing and single part capacity price model,and uses OPF model to calculate the transmission price,and put out the congestion management target function to deal with the problem when there are bilateral contracts with Inc-offer and Dec-offer,and then give some suggestions to the balance accountant and regulation. |
