Research On Improvement Of Competition Of The Iron And Steel Industry Of Hebei Province

Nowadays,the competition of iron and steel become more and more fierce and the ironstone's rise in price, and then the risk that iron and steel enterprises in china faced become more and more high too. Hebei province as the number one province of iron and steel in china because it's output is in the front for five years. The risk that Hebei province faced is the most severe. Accordingly, it's very important to find out the critical fators of the competitiveness of iron and steel industry of Hebei province to resolve these disadvantages. Of course, it's have great effect on the sustainable development and improvement of competitiveness of iron and steel of Hebei province.This paper analyzes the iron and steel industry value chain of Hebei province and put forward the iron and steel industry value net based on the theories of value chain, supply chain and value net. With it,analyzing the competition structure and main problems of iron and steel indusry of Hebei province to dicuss the gap between actuality and the ideal value net of iron and steel., and then ,the countermeasure of improvement competitiveness of iron and steel in Hebei province is proposed. These countermeasure can be utilized as a guidance or as a reference for the sustainable development of iron and steel industry in Hebei province.
