At present, enterprise business model is a leading edge research issues and hot issues at home and abroad and attracted wide concern of scholars and entrepreneurs. Related research achievements mainly concentrated in the past 10 years The existing literature explain the concept,structure system,theories of the business model and innovation mechanism of the model etc.But because of the distinctness of view,researcher lack the united cognition to the definition and theorieses of the business model,its theories frame haven't yet set up,and the studying still belong to the entry-level stage.In the thesis,we have used the researching methods such as logical deduction,comparative analysis,case study,and experiential induction,to make full explanation of the essence as well as the achievement ways of the innovation of enterprise business model.This thesis introduces the business model causes and background note on business model innovation and the necessity and significance. Then, in summing up the outcome of the research has been based on the business environment through the subdivision and the introduction of interactive interface, This author puts forward the concept of the business model, definites the business model of content, on the characteristics of the business model and business model innovation background. Furthermore, the proposed business model analytical framework that the business model is formed by three components——the value proposition, the value of support and the value of maintain, supported by a large number of cases of note. In this way, the author establishes a business model structure. In order to enhance our business model inherent understanding of the laws, the article focused on how to conduct business model design and innovation. At the same time, innovative business models made in the course of the need to pay attention to issues, including patent protection, the establishment of innovative corporate culture and innovative uncertainty. Finally, the author sumed up the whole, and the direction that can further study.
