The System Study Of Cost Management Innovations Based Value Creation

To enhance cost competitiveness of the enterprise ,this paper constructed cost management system of value-oriented creation in the framework of the value chain, In the full possession of information and on the basis of in-depth understanding of the cost management's history and current situation, this paper studied the new development of cost management reform in conjunction with the value chain and the basic principles of management.In this paper, there are a lot of academic breakthroughs and innovations. First of all, define the value chain management, financial cost management and core competitiveness of enterprises . Value Chain is not only a basis of financial cost management, but also incentives of the financial cost management and progress. The largest value-added of financial cost management and the goal of cost management contributed to using reasonably financial mechanism and the sustainable growth system of the core values,in essence enhance the financial competitiveness.
