Study On The Regulating Of Operation In Enterprise's Internal Capital Market

For a long time, theory and practice of the profession on the enterprises' financing have done a great deal of research. Their study focused mainly on the role of external financing in the corporate finance structure, as well as the relationship between external relations and corporate governance. With the expansion of the socio-economic scale, the social division of labor and capital continue to accelerate their pace, and the enterprises' form of production organization is constantly evolving and developing. In the economic globalization and the competitive, the large enterprises are the backbone of the national economy, and they have had a significant impact in the development of society and play an important role in our life. Because they can channel the cash flow together, and on high-yield areas, economists Williamson called the M-type organization as an internal capital market (Internal Capital Market, ICM).
