With the growing popularity of the Internet, the network began to play a major influence in the social, political, economic and other fields, or even that the network has begun to infiltrate into every corner of the human society. As a new form of media, compared with traditional print media and the electronic media later, the network has a new form of communication and social significance. Online games accompanied by the development of Internet technology received more concern, online games has become an important industry today, playing an online game has become popular in the young people. With the growing number of participants in the online games, players have shaped a new mode of interaction by the Web Game.In the early 20th century, Europe and the United States sociologists has begun to shift to a process of micro-sociological research, according to them, the social structure ultimately maintained by the individual behavior and interaction, But so far, the interaction research are largely on face-to-face interaction, and rarely involve the interaction with some non-media technology for the interactive intermediary. The emergence and rise of the Internet makes non-face-to-face interaction (the interaction absence of physical body) become a common social phenomenon, how to understand and explain this new type of interaction is particularly necessary and urgent. This study try to discuss what the structural elements are, the interaction of different types of interactive content, interactive process of the internal mechanism and other issues of the personal interaction in the online game.From this issue, this study has been selected a larger "online games" as a study sites, using case studies methods, such as field research, observation, interviews and so on. This paper analyzes the interaction at three levels: the interaction between the player and the game world, the interaction between players, and the interaction between players and social system in the game world, we draw the following conclusions:First, the "Huaxia" constructed by five elements: players, rules, social situations, games manager (GM), virtual materials. Players entered the game space, involved the interaction of games, acquired interaction rules in the process of interaction, and this rule is always linked to the situation; the players can be successfully carried out the role in the interaction. GM has a decisive impact in the game interaction and the form of order.Second, compared to the reality, cyberspace is a virtual interactive space. Compared with other types of network space, online game space has more diversified characteristics. Individual player's interaction is not limited to the online game space; the players interactive through a variety of interactive media at the same time, different interactive media show different interaction characteristics.Third, online games interaction is personal interaction around the "game", the main form of the interaction in online game is through the shared situation, the online game space operated by the network game operators, thus economic interests and the interests exchanges were constantly strengthened, cooperation and conflict are all around the interests. It can be said that the personal interaction in the network space is with a real "interest" as the core personal interaction.
