Based on the concepts and theories of the employees' psychological contract, job satisfaction, turnover intention, as well as the research actuality reviewed, we found that so far there is no domestic scholar to specifically explore the impact of psychological contract on job satisfaction from three dimensional structures, and to identify job satisfaction's intermediary role in psychological contract and turnover intention. This study was based on the revised questionnaires tested by the after 80s' employees. Through confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis and modeling, we explore the inner mechanism of the psychological contract, job satisfaction and turnover intention. The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1) The psychological contract and job satisfaction of the after 80s' employees is beyond the average level, while turnover intention is below this level. In the demographic variables, there is significant difference between the length of service and the psychological contract. The longer of the length of service, the lower level of the psychological contract. This difference represents in the two dimensions—the development responsibility of the organization and interpersonal responsibility. However, there is no significant difference between job satisfaction, turnover intention and gender, length of service and education level.(2) There is a significant positive correlation between psychological contract and job satisfaction. Therefore we can predict effectively the job satisfaction from the development of the organization responsibility.(3) There is a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention.(4) The organizational responsibility of the psychological contract can effectively predict the turnover intention through job satisfaction;(5) The organizational responsibility of the psychological contract can predict staff responsibility effectively.
