Since reform and opening up, farmers in Xinjiang uneven income growth, slow growth rate, the income gap between urban and rural areas, the income gap between regions and the country's income gap is continually expanding. In order to better achieve the agricultural support and protection, must also use financial means. Through co-integration test, vector error correction model, Granger causality test, and other measures of economic analysis, financial support agriculture in Xinjiang and the relationship between agricultural growth for analysis. The results showed that short-term financial support agriculture in all parts of the agricultural added value and the per capita income of farmers although no significant impact.
