The Efficiency Research And Sensitivity Analysis On Sample DEA

The sample DEA has an active function on giving an order of units, risk evaluation, analyzing of DEA efficient units and forecasting the combination efficiency of some units. For perfecting the theoretical system of sample DEA, it is necessary to research the efficiency theory and do sensitivity analysis on sample DEA. The main works as follows:Firstly, a classification to the sample DEA efficiency is presented, according to SDEA(d) efficient decision making units(DMU) whether or not locate the frontier that formed by some sample units, SDEA(d) efficient DMU can be divided into strong SDEA(d) efficient and proper SDEA(d) efficient, and necessary and sufficient condition is given to judge the SDEA(d) efficient decision making unit is strong SDEA(d) efficient or proper SDEA(d) efficient;Secondly, based on single criteria Sam-Eva model, multiple criteria Sam-Eva model is proposed, moreover, the paper also do some further research to it's efficiency theorems, relative efficiency evaluation indexes, and projection analysis;Finally, Using the efficiency theory of sample DEA , this paper gives sensitivity analysis, presents some sufficiency conditions and necessary conditions which can hold the efficiency of decision making units, while move factor is constant, input or output data of sample units and decision making units are changed; At the same time, this paper presents change range of move factor which can hold the efficiency of decision making units.
