Not in violation of state laws and regulations under the premise of the Government's tax policy guidance, the use of the taxpayer's tax revenue by the state for the right to their own tax-related activities in the scientific and reasonable arrangement, so as to achieve the purpose of maximizing after-tax income. Tax planning is the increased awareness of the taxpayers to pay taxes and the inevitable result of specific performance. Tax Planning safeguard their legitimate rights and interests of taxpayers by state laws to encourage, promote and protect. Corporate tax planning is a complex decision-making process of protecting their rights and interests, but also according to the state's legal options for the optimal tax process. It involves not only the internal financing, investment, business and other activities, but also with the country, the government, tax authorities and the relevant organizations have great relations.Paper introduces the basic principles of tax planning and corporate eight common tax planning technique, and noted that the risk factors and control principles. The paper takes Sinor Group Co. Ltd. as the case, researching its existing question and the improvement strategy about tax planning. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper conducted a comprehensive planning in four aspects of the forms of organization, production and management, financial management, human resources management. First find the existing problems and deficiencies of the original proposal; Secondly find tax planning space by tax planning techniques, and use method of cost - benefit analysis for new tax planning program ;Finally made a number of recommendations in order to implement the new program.
