| Aircraft financial leasing has been accepted by more and more airlines and civil aircraft manufacturers as method of financing and marketing around the world. Airlines through aircraft financial leasing as method of financing can acquire aircrafts and avoid low cash flow in order to pay more attention to development of core business and acquisition of core asset. Civil aircraft manufacturers through aircraft financial leasing as method of marketing can renew traditional marketing in order to broaden enterprise development space in key market competition.In the thesis, X turbo-fan civil regional jet that own wholly intellectual property right is object of study. The financial leasing model of X regional jet has been studied wholly at the angel of civil aircraft manufacturer. Firstly, introducing product performance and characteristics of X regional jet, and analyzing market positioning and needs of X regional jet; Secondly, analyzing and studying financial leasing model of X regional jet based on reviewing basic theories of aircraft leasing; Thirdly, designing leveraged financial leasing model of X regional jet that can meet needs of airline and civil aircraft manufacturer; At last, based on simulating the leveraged financial leasing model of X regional jet according to industry empirical data, analyzing and appraising economics and risk of leveraged financial leasing model of X regional jet through using all kinds of analyses, such as certainty, uncertainty, comparison and factor. |
