Under strong promotion of the In-depth development of economic globalization, trade in service has developed rapidly and increasingly its proportion has been expanded of the total volume in the world trade. With the growing status in the world economy, the development degree of trade in service has become an important Indicator of measuring a country's comprehensive strength. Since reform and opening up, especially after 1995, trade in service in China has made great achievement, but still relatively backward in the range of the world, such as the lower rate in export contribution of service in trade, unreasonable structure of service in trade, deficit of service in trade continuing to maintain and so on. Therefore,accelerating China's service in trade, strengthening trade-related ability of service has been the current problem to be resolved. From a new perspective: based on the ability theory, the trade-related ability in service of China's enterprises is studied in this paper in order to promote China to become economic power, service trade power and from manufacturing economy to service economy.As the final implementation of Trade-related builder in service, China's enterprises including service enterprises or manufacturing enterprises providing service or natural service providers, their level of trade-related ability in service has played a profound impact on the competitive power of China's trade in service. According to RBV / DCP theory, the competitive advantage of enterprises depends on the heterogeneous resource, core competence and dynamic learning ability, which is helpful for us to study the trade-related ability in service of China's enterprises, providing a new perspective and broadening the horizon of the theoretical research.In view of the invisibility of service, the indivisibility and difference of production and consumption, the participation of customers and so on, the factors that influence and its model, as well as the relative strategy to enhance the trade-related ability in service of China's enterprises are put forward in this paper: to accumulate heterogeneous human capital of trade in service, to vigorously develop service brand and cultivate international service brand concept, to promote the service culture and service-oriented remedies to enhance customer relationship management; to pay more attention to modern information technology in China's service trade, enterprises choose a suitable international model to achieve international service; to enhance the transnational learning ability and so on.
