Study Of The Measures For The Sustainable Utilization Of Tianjin Water Resources

Water resources are the important support and guarantee of the economical society's development. Water conservancy is the important basic establishment of national economy. Form the establishing of our country, Tianjin carried through the large-scale water conservancy construction. It promoted the development of the economical society. However, accompanying with the rapid development of the economical society, many problems still exist, such as the shortage of water resources, the floodwater disaster, the aggravation of the water circumstance and the rolling around of the water and soil, the unsubstantial basic establishment of the rural water conservancy and etc. Particularly, the shortage of the water conservancy has become the bound factor of Tianjin economical society. This article is based on the sustainable theory and the system theory. It analyzes the condition of the exploitation and utilization of Tianjin water resources. It provides the decision-making gist of Tianjin water resources'sustainable utilization and guaranteeing Tianjin economical society's better and faster's development.The article sets forth our country's water conservancy condition, the relation of Tianjin's development and water. It indicates the research's necessity and expounds the theory's connotation of the water conservancy's sustainable utilization and expounds the classical experiences of the water conservancy's sustainable utilization in the related countries and areas. It simply introduces the present condition and the exploitation & utilization condition of Tianjin water resources. The article analyzes the balance status of water supply and water demand.
