HongQiao district begin to improve the transformation of economic growth way, it enhances economic movement quality and establishes the growth points adapts to the rare economic development opportunity in TianJin. Understanding of economic development superiority and the barrier, we plan region's overall economic development strategy and guarantee economic development continually is urgent topic which we face. The present paper introduces the economic growth pole theory to describe the region development.
