The enterprise resources planning(ERP) is a big hot point in the business field of all over the world nowadays, more and more enterprises have already aware that the practice of ERP is the enterprise's inevitable choice. At the same time, newly arisen electronic commerce bring forward more urgently request to successful practice of ERP.Entrance into WTO has encouraged the opening up of its economy to the world. More intense market competition has confronted Chinese textile and clothing industry since China's entrance into WTO. So the trend towards the business operation in accordance with the global competition mechanism is inevitable. For many years, Chinese clothing export has to resort to low prices to attract clients and increase the amount of its export. However, the low cost of clothing manufacture and the simple technology and equipment required in the production lead to the multiplication of competitors in the neighboring countries. More and more clients are lost every year. The abolishment of quota system for clothing export industry and the rapid opening up of the market in China has resulted in pressures on the export-oriented clothing manufacturers coming from their domestic enterprises of the same trade as well as from abroad. Price competition results in the contest by fair means or fouls between manufacturers. Survival in the market has become the primary goal of the strategic scheme of an enterprise in the trade.This thesis is produced exactly based on this background, on the foundation of checking a large quantity of information. Combine with practice, bring forward new conception and systemic overall structure of electronic commerce completely integrates with ERP system. Expect that can provide beneficial way and help towards enterprise which put ERP into practice.
