Research On The Development And The Current Status Of Chinese Credit System

To establish the social credit system is a crucial strategy made by the Central Government and the State Council. It was both definitely presented in the 16th Party's Congress representative and the 3rd session of the 16th CPPCC that our country should establish the sound social credit system, which is supported by morality, based on property right and guaranteed by the law, also we should strengthen the credit consciousness of the whole society. Since the beginning of the reforming & opening up ,especially in recent years, the social credit has achieved quite great progress. However, in the period from traditional planned economy turned to social market economy, the lag of credit develop in our country, lack of credit & immorality of some social members, business account & personal account in arrears, such kind of problems emerge in endlessly, which influence the normal order of the market economy. By the requirements of the economical & social development, and to absorb the experience of developed countries, the establishment of social credit system in China should start from financing credit and establishing business & personal credit system, and form the credit information network which covers the whole country.
