The Factors Analysis Of Venture Capital Investment's Financial Innovation

The venture capital environment system is the foundation and the cradle of venture capital operation and development, which is mutually composed of some related environment factors affecting with the venture capital development. The financial environment condition is one important factor for local venture capital development. Researching the financial environment of venture capital investment is a more novel angle of view.Shandong Province is a big economical province and its economical development condition has a more tremendous influence to our country. However, venture capital investment has not developed well in Shandong Province yet. It not only started late, but also was limited by all sorts of restrictions in its after development. As a result, the venture capital's contribution to the economical development is limited. Therefore, this thesis selects the venture capital financial environment of Shandong Province for the inspection object and attempts to find out its prominent question through carrying on the field survey to every compositive factor and finally put forward some corresponding policy proposal for its further improvement.In the demonstration researching process, this thesis bases on the correlative financial innovation theories, uses the innovative research technique which syncretizes AHP, the fuzzy comprehensive analytic method and the expert-grade method, obtains the practical data in form of the questionnaire and carries on analysis to it. In the structure, this thesis is composed of five chapters. Chapter 1 analyzes the research significance, method and the innovation spots briefly. Chapter 2 firstly introduces the venture capital and its financial environment and summarizes the domestic and foreign research results about the venture capital financial environment, after that introduces four popular financial innovation theories and briefly analyzes the interactional relationship between the financial environment innovation and the venture capital development. Chapter 3 is the part of demonstrational research. It selects some important factors to construct an evaluation index system of venture capital financial environment and outlines the present situation of the venture capital financial environment of Shandong Province according to the actual data. Chapter 4 proposes some corresponding development suggestions based on chapter 3 which are expected to effectively promote the venture capital's development of Shandong Province as soon as possible and this is also the main significance of this article. Chapter 5 summarizes the main researching results and deficiency of this thesis.
