The Study On The Assessment About Living Level Of Peasant In Zi Yang Area

With the fact promotion of urbanization, farmland is being collected constantly and changed into construction land, thus produced a large of farmers lost land. but the current land expropriation system display great adaptability. single economic compensation can not satisfy multi-basic life. The land expropriation .resulte decreasing of life level of the peasant .therefore,the conflict of the land expropriation more and more serious,and endangered stability of society .therefore ,it is the most significant for government policy,land expropriation, social stability as well as harmonious society that how to ensure life level of peasant not to decrease in land expropriation.This paper analyzed specifity of the mind of the life level of peasant whose land was expropriated and built the index system to assess the life level of peasant by the means of choosing the important of the land as breakthrough point .Ziyang was chosen to be as investigated target ,adopting questionnaire form to investigate 154 peasant household ,analyzing the situation of life level peasant and discussing the declining reason and give suggestion.The main conclusion are drawn as follows:(1) Peasant househole was a comprehensive concept, including resource of basic life, benefit-supporting parents, obtaining employment,obtaining medical treatment, increasing income, offspring succession and environment security and so on . life level of peasant was ensured to not to be declined, we must attach importance on them.(2) Life level of peasant household was declined after land expropriation. such as consuming index increase ,no income security for the family, losing job existed, no security for social life, the living environment declined popularing. the reason was that there was no reasonable compensation ,good social security ,service of employment, good living surrounding(3) The problem of peasant household was attached importance on by government so as to government took some measure to ensure the profit of the peasant .there was only cast compeasation but no others, result in the life land declining .therefore, social security employment security Jiving security and so fact must be considered.(4) If life level of the peasant household was improved,we must build the compensation system like this economic compensation, social security ,service of job,human and culture security.the compensation field was enlarged according to appreciated fuction of land system,strengthen the social security, emphasis the entertainment construction, highlie the living environment construction.
