Chinese financial industry a comprehensive opening to the outside world in 2007, Chinese commercial banks ushered in unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Financial trend of globalization and the new information technology in the broad application of the banking industry, making China's financial industry has undergone tremendous changes and the emergence of new competitive factors. Thinking to construct scientific theoretical system of the commercial banks in China, to enrich and consummate the performance theory of the banks, helped to advance and widen the research field of the bank-theory and to provide theory basis for the sustainable development of the banks in China. At the same time, improving the efficiency of the commercial banks can optimize the allocation of resources, also as the key factor of keeping the finance stabilizes, which was the important condition for the open of finance market and as the base of defending self-interest for the commercial banks in our state under open condition.Chinese commercial banks performance evaluation is divided into internal and external performance evaluation of performance evaluation. Internal bank Performance Evaluation Board requested that the development and implementation of performance evaluation, the manager of evaluation of operating performance and supervision of Chinese external performance evaluation is the main regulatory departments for the supervision of banks operating conditions carried out. This paper focus on internal performance evaluation, analyzed and compared traditional and emerging existing performance evaluation methods, based on the Balanced Scorecard to the comprehensive performance evaluation system. The traditional scorecard and Economic Value-added evaluation method can be multi-dimensional, multi-angle to the performance of banking operations comprehensive evaluation. Absorption traditional Balanced Scorecard and the added value of the economic benefits, and formed a maximization of the value of a target, and financial indicators and non-financial indicators, short-term targets and long-term targets, indicators of static and dynamic indicators in a comprehensive performance evaluation system. And the evaluation system exists in our country and the feasibility of the implementation of the feasibility analysis. In this system, mainly through before and after the chain of causality linked to performance evaluation identified the need to select targets, re-use AHP indicators the real percent. In the final CCB establishment of such a system made an initial design, construction firms to resolve the existing performance evaluation inadequate.
