In recent years, liquidity surplus had been the chief obstacle of macro economy health steady operation. Liquidity surplus was considered main cause. That economy overheated , the property price and CPI raise in China. While the people regarded the influence of liquidity surplus to macro economy, liquidity surplus already had started to change the intrinsic environment and their behavior pattern of the microscopic economies by all kinds of channel, which had brought the huge risk for China's economy. But the passing research has actually neglected this aspect. Therefore, to bring to people's attention and fundamentally guard against and remove this kind of risk, this paper took this macro economic environment (liquidity surplus) as the background: First, this paper established the way of analyzing liquidity surplus to our country microscopic economies function mechanism mentality. Following, this paper analyzed liquidity surplus to the microscopic economies function mechanism under this way and draw the following conclusion: The special exterior macro economic environment gradually changed the internal environment of the microscopic economies under the liquidity surplus (including the financial situation, the company governs the condition and so on).The change of the internal environment and the external environment deeply influenced policy-makers'psychology of microscopic economies,meanwhile as a result of the liquidity surplus characteristic as well as the policy-maker himself cognition, the mood, the moral limitation, caused policy-makers'behavior were deeply influenced by the liquidity surplus and made the non-rational decisions, as caused the microscopic economies'risk increased. Finally, this paper proposed ways of removing and guarding the risk, in order that our country economy continued the health stable development.
