Research On Leisure Service Companies' Strategic

Leisure service industry is the industry or department supplying service goods among service industry. It is also the outcome of high industrial society. With the upgrading of people's living standard in our country, leisure service industry provides services for people's entertainment. It performs highly increase tendency, and it is also one of the most important growth points in service industry. Leisure service industry needs certain strategies. Great strategies guarantee it rapidly growing up.The theory of this paper is based on strategy of business development and the model of service profit chain, which adopts demonstration research method. GDXLD leisure guildhall's development strategy is systematically discussed. Through questionnaire study, this paper analyses staff satisfaction and customer satisfaction in hotel industry. Finding internal and external factors that influence the development of hotel industry, at last this paper suggests a practicable action project with swot analysis model. The value of this study is that combines staff satisfaction and customer satisfaction rather than staff satisfaction, customer satisfaction respectively. The final strategy is given through strategy management theory and service profit chain design. Research on real enterprise, the application value of this study is very high.Through investigation and statistics analysis on customers'and staff's questionnaires, this paper makes developing strategies; those are growth strategy and radical change strategy. Perfecting service and supporting system, this paper suggests system transformation strategy. Based on the current customer satisfaction, this paper suggests market penetrating strategy. Paying attention to staff satisfaction, this paper invests internal marketing strategy. Building service valuing system, a business should take sustainable development strategy.
