At present, our country's logistics industry is being in a vigorous developing period, the prospect is very broad. Along with the logistics as "the third headspring" of the profit, the function and the role of logistics start to be recognized and pay attention by the Chinese business community. Nowadays, in the total cost of the logistics industry, the transportation cost usually occupy the very major part, so transportation is the most important part in the logistics activity, and in the process transportation problem usually barge up against in the produce process. In the transportation problem, how to choose transportation mode often becomes a difficult problem to the decision-makers.Because different transportation mode has the different characteristic such as velocity, transport capacity, reliability, thus how to make a decision and select a suitable transport mode become a difficult problem to the enterprise decision-maker which must solve in the pursuit of efficiency in the process. Choosing a reasonable and economical transportation mode has an important sense to reduce the transportation cost and lower the total cost of the logistics industry.Because nowadays the qualitative and the quantitative research on the logistical transportation mode choice is not many, most of them just only quantitative research, thus this paper take the logistical transport mode choosing problem as the object of study, attempts to use the method of integrating Game Theory with DHGF comprehensive algorithm to solve the problem of choosing transportation mode. At first, this paper introduce something about the Game Theory and several common comprehensive algorithm and their advantages and disadvantages; Then introduce several logistical transport modes, the basic principle of choosing a logistical transport mode and the primary factors that affects the decision-maker to choose a logistical transport mode; Base on them, this paper using the Game Theory to analyze the Game relationship and Game character between participants, establish a multi-person Stackelberg Game model and a set of evaluating index system, carry on the multi-person Stackelberg Game model by using the DHGF comprehensive algorithm, obtain the final result of Comprehensive Evaluation and the result of logistical transportation mode choice. Finally, this article set W Company as an example to show the application by using the Game Theory and the DHGF comprehensive algorithm in the logistical transport mode, and has a better effect.
