Study On The Problem Of Finance For Privately-owned High-tech Enterprises

Along with the development of information economy and globalization, high and new tech private enterprises would be more and more important for their enormous creativity and exuberant energy. From the third industry revolution, especially recent fifty years, high and new tech private enterprises have done great contribution in international economy. After the revolution and opening of our country, high and new tech private enterprises have got a rapid development, promoted the reconstruction of our national traditional industry, accelerated the development and formation of high and new tech industry, done great contribution to national competitive energy raising, and established important foundation for sustained, rapid and robust development of national economy. But they also should face the difficult financing problem, which have badly restrict their development and "secondary carve out", also baffle their function of economy cardiac and increment. Therefore. Investigation of high and new tech private enterprises' financing problems, can build an impartial and logical Lebensraum, can accelerate the enterprises' development toward robust direction, so it looks very important.This thesis has done the in-depth and systemic research to the national high and new tech private enterprises' financing problem. Firstly, it expatiates the characteristics of high and new tech private enterprise, arguments their function and status in development of economy and community, also expatiates the connotation of enterprise financing and capital framework. Secondly, this thesis has research the characteristic of financing requirement, risk and actuality of development, found the reason of financing difficulty by analyzing the macroscopical environment of enterprises and banking. This thesis also advances the support strategy of national high and new tech private enterprises' financing problem. This thesis tries to give the solution of high and new tech private enterprise financing problems form two aspects. Firstly, it discuss the policy and measure of financing problem in the national view, and secondly discuss the financing selection strategy in the enterprise's view by researching the development of enterprise capital framework and capital increasing course.This thesis will promote the in-depth research of national high and new tech private enterprise financing problems, develop the national private enterprise financing theory, and improve the high and new tech private enterprise financing system in order to resolve the difficult financing of private enterprises, and to accelerate the rapid development of the high and new tech private enterprises.
