The Existing Problems, The Reasons And Countermeasures In Developing And Utilizing Red Cultural Resources

In academia, the "culture" seems to be an eternal topic. The Inquiry about the culture itself and the specific reflection of culture,has shown the ascendant trend. Since the important thought of "Three Represents" has been put forward, the concerns of culture is in the increase, mainly performing for the study of the "advanced culture". And the idea of building a harmonious society is proposed. At once, the harmonious culture is into sharp focus. And the red culture,as the advanced culture and a harmonious culture ,have gradually entered the people's vision along with the emergence of the red tourism . The convening of the 17th, our country's cultural development will also enter a new upsurge. Cultural construction was referred to the national culture of soft power. As the market economy system gradually improving, people's awareness of resources is also growing. Without exception, the red culture as a kind of cultural resources, naturally causes people to the important value,development and utilization. Therefore, the red culture as the advanced culture and the harmonious culture, is the part of cultural construction .As a kind of cultural resources, is the part of the cultural industry. It can bring about enormous political, economic and cultural benefits that the red cultural resources are in the reasonable develop and effective use. However, in practice there are various problems.
