The Study On The Symbiosis Between The Civil Finance And The Private Enterprises

For a long time, civil finance has become a important component of finance system of China. Mainly, the civil finance of China is in form of informal finance, which existents in parallel with the our formal finance. As a report published by the People's Bank of China in May, 2005, the civil finance play a positive role in the development of private enterprises. According to the research of civil finance business in Fujian, Hebei, Shanxi, Jiangxi, Henan, the report also said that the active degree of the civil finance is positive correlate to the development of the private enterprises.Focus on the civil finance of the Southeastern coastal areas of China, the paper firstly introduce the current situation of the civil finance; Secondly, on the basis of Symbiosis Theory, the paper discuss the symbiosis relationship between the civil finance and private enterprises. Thus, the article made the conclusion that we should have the civil finance regulated. Then, the paper learned the lessons from the development of the industrialization countries and regions. Finally, the paper proposed the policy recommendations toward the development direction of China's civil finance and the related measures.
