Enterprise culture is the driving force for the development of enterprises.Each enterprise in the course of its development will form their own unique culture,which is the basis of business success.However,if there is a M&A,that is,two or more enterprises regrouping, the enterprise cultural differences are likely to trigger cultural conflict which led to mergers and acquisitions fail.That is because we ignore the important role of the corporate culture integration.Guangxi Liuzhou Iron and Steel(Group)Company merged Red Star Horticultural Garden in Liuzhou,and then established The Steel Star Garden Company newly on the basis of Red Star Horticultural Garden in Liuzhou.This paper study the Cultural Integration of The Steel Star Garden Company as an example,proposed we need to attach great importance to corporate culture integration.At the same time it points out that in the M&A,enterprises should set up a working team that make a systematic survey analysis and assessment on both corporate culture,identify the cultural differences of both enterprises, would predict the risk and cost which this cultural differences may cause,analyze the cultural conflict and the possibility of cultural integration to obtain the feasibility of integration,provide the basis for the next step that choose suitable the cultural integration model,so as to achieve the M&A strategic objectives which were made originally.Meanwhile, the paper also analyzed the reasons that lead to the failure of cultural integration after M&A, and put forward solutions and corresponding measures for reference.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction on the background of the research,the significance of the research,Research methods and ideas, Research Status;The second chapter is the general introduction of the enterprise cultural Integration;Chapterâ…¢is to introduce the enterprise cultural conflict of The Steel Star garden company and its causes;Chapterâ…£is introduce the implementation of the Steel Star Garden Company cultural integration,pointed out the importance of choosing suitable cultural integration model for enterprises on the basis of the survey and analysis of the cultural differences;Finally it tells about the enlightenment of the Steel Star Garden Company cultural integration,noticing that corporate culture integration should be gradual.The conclusion is:the enterprise cultural integration in M & A process is the key factor to determine the success or failure of M & A.In the cultural integration,we should be good at analyzing and identifying the cultural differences of both sides,coordinate and the eliminate cultural conflict actively,seek entry point of cultural integration,choose suitable Cultural Integration model so that obtain a success in M&A.
