Research On Sustainability Of Chinese Listed Family Firms And Corporate Governance

The family enterprises grow vigorously and make great contribution to national economy after China's reform and opening up to the world economy. These years, some of the family enterprises were listed after restructuring and have become a new force in the securities market. Thus the issue, the relationship between the sustainable development of listed family enterprises and their corporate governance, has great impact on the healthy development of securities marketing and the steady growth of Chinese economy. And it becomes an issue which draws attention together with enterprise circle, theory circle and regulation circle.The paper views listed family enterprises as the object and adopts both theoretical and empirical methods. On theoretical side, based on family firms'sustainability model (EFSB), it researches the effect of shareholding structure, board structure, management stimulation and protection of minor shareholders'right on the performance and value of listed family enterprises. The relationship between sustainable development and the corporate governance of listed family firms is also the key of the research. On empirical side, the paper investigates the problems of listed family firms by building a regression analysis model with situation research. Also the paper presents some suggestions on the issue.
