Most telecommunication enterprises are facing with unprecedented challenge and impact due to market changes, such as technique, competition, supply and globalization. It is well known among the enterprises that objective of enterprise transformation is to be a integrated information service provide, as it is not only the request of society development, but also the request of telecommunication enterprise's sustainable development.As it is very difficult for technique to be the main advantage of a telecommunication enterprise, characteristic and differential service become the key for the enterprises to win market. The enterprises should break existing service mode in the transformation, realize service of innovation and strengthen unique competitive advantage.The service innovation is service element change for enterprises to improve server quality and create a new market value of service. It is a dynamic process to bring motive and organized changes to the service system or apply the solutions of specific problem for particular customer to other customers or/and other problems. For telecommunication industry, the service innovation becomes an efficient tool to win in market competition.The thesis is giving an exploring analysis on service innovation referring experience of telecommunication transformation in foreign countries and mixing up theory model and its research on currently service quality. Based on the service innovation activities in CNC××branch, it analyses service innovation status in telecommunication industry and service innovation during transformation in telecommunication enterprise. So it would provide practical meaning to ensure enterprise transformation smoothly.Firstly the thesis gives a brief introduction to development trend of worldwide telecommunication industry, focusing on introducing experience and lessons of telecommunication enterprise transformation of foreign countries. It provides background for the later analysis.Secondly with this background, it analyses content on server innovation, and introduce ways of service innovation after analyzing research ways of service innovation.Thirdly after analyzing on CNC××Branch with new ways of service innovation study through service innovation model, process and organization, it carries out the core content of this thesis: internal and external policies and suggestions to service innovation of CNC××Branch, esp. on internal suggestions to development, such as exploring customer demand, implementing service communication, re-forge service process and improve service brand, etc.At last but not least there comes the summary of this thesis.
