Design And Practice Of The 'Unity Number' Service Of The Local Intelligence Network

The 'Unity Number' service is a kind of value-added network product of CNC that combining PSTN with PHS network. It can relate one telephone number with two physical terminals of the stable telephone terminal and the PHS terminal on the basis of the PSTN network, such the user of the two terminals need only to release one telephone number to others. When there is a call, both of the PSTN and the PHS terminals of the number will ring at the same time, and when either of the terminals has been connected, the other will stop ringing. When the user wants to make a call, however, if the stable terminal or the PHS terminal is engaged, the other one is still available. Whether the stable terminal or the PHS terminal is used to make a call, they will show the same telephone number. Furthermore, the stable terminal and the PHS terminal with the same telephone number can call each other and can make a call simultaneously with respective and their communications will not affect each other.This thesis mainly carries out the analysis and discussion about the 'Unity Number' service of local intelligence network, making an introduction to the present network situation, the operation and management way, the business pattern, the implementation process as well as the related support systems of the 'Unity Number' which is presently applied in the CNC network. It lays emphasis on the idea of design and the analysis of the implementing flow of the 'Unity Number 'service.Although the procedure of the 'Unity Number' business is not very complex, it is a complicated system project to realize the safe and effective application, involving the various designation and configuration of the hardware, software, and the operation and management of the communication network. Through this topic's design and implementation and the analysis of the application case of the 'Unity Number' service, this thesis puts forward the proposal and outlook of the intelligence business of the CNC in Inner Mongolia in the future.
