An Analysis On The Impacts Of Foreign Banks And The Countermeasures Of Chinese Banking

Since December 11, 2006, the full liberalization of China's financing, China has granted national treatment to foreign banks and RMB business has been external fully liberalized. Foreign banks'entry into Chinese banking will be a serious challenge and the heavy pressure of competition, and our country's financial and economic have a significant and far-reaching impact. Facing the huge impact of foreign banks, domestic banks must clearly understand its charac,teristics and the competitors, constantly enhance their competitiveness through continuous learning and reference, in order to keep and expand market share in the fierce competition.This essay has six parts. The first chapter outlines the development process, the status quo and the strategic readjustment of late of foreign banks'entry into Chinese banking, Chinese banking can clearly understand the situation of competitors in order to take the relevant measures to cope with the challenges of the future;and then concretly analysing the impact of foreign Banks'entry into Chiness banking is mainly from the results of research on the impact of foreign banks'entry into the host country, combined with China's actual conditions, from both theoretical and empirical research and analysis of the impact of foreign banks'entry into the competitiveness of Chinese banking. Through analysis,we find of the extent of foreign banks'entry have a significant impact on Chinese banking's revenue, cost, profit and so on. Although the short term, some of the findings of the empirical analysis have different from the results of relate scholar, from a long-term perspective, foreign bankings' entry will affect the competitiveness of Chinese banking, therefore, China must from the state and the banks to take certain measures to improve the competitiveness of Chinese banking,so that domestic banks in the increasingly intense competitive environment can seek survival and development.
