At present, China's auto industry has risen rapidly, from auto-- producing is motor power forward, and its components and parts industry, although the good development momentum, but compared with the development of the automobile industry is relatively backward, and has seriously affected the development of China's auto industry, which auto parts industry for the development of enormous challenge.This paper is the auto parts industry in the current development trend, the Shanxi Datong Gear Group Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to Da gear) for the development of competitive strategy to analyse and explore.
