On Pattern And Method Of Our Community Property Management

As the living standard is improving,more and more people pay attention to the development of their communities and are having higher expectation in property management. The property management mainly include five categories:(â…°) housing and indoor,(â…±) outdoor infrastructure,(â…²) equipment maintenance management,(â…³) virescence management,(â…´) cleanness management,(â…µ) security management(including public security,fire and vehicles), (â…¶) community cultural development.We elaborate property management from the meaning, contents,attentions,management methods,and the importance of management.Because property management started recently in China,there still are many problems to be solved, such as property management systems are laggard,the employee quality is low and service quality is still not high.These problems caused a lot of inconvenience to residents,so we should take innovative ideas,innovative pattems and innovative culture.Property management enterprises need to set up modern enterprise system and operation mechanism; Take the direction of scaling and specializing,and enjoy the benefits of scale;We should build the enterprise culture that takes customers as the center,brand enterprise service and set the service idea of "I'm the friend of a preoperty owner",carry out rich and colorful community activities positively.In a word,build up the community to harmonious community and affecting community which is to satisfy residents' both material and psychic needs.
